Ridgefield

Ridgefield is a fast-growing, popular place to live in Clark County, located right off I5. The city has been named to various “Top 10 Fastest Growing Cities in The State” lists, welcoming in many new residents from around the county over the last 5-10 years.

The population as of 2022 was about 11,500 residents and though the city is growing fast as of recently, it’s been incorporated for over 100 years. The large national moving company, U-Haul, was founded in Ridgefield.

Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge is a choice spot for people from all over Portland Metro to enjoy the scenic, natural benefits of the city.

Ridgefield has a small, intimate school district, with the main schools being 2 elementaries, 1 middle school, and 1 high school.

By pure percentage, the majority of the homes in Ridgefield have been built in the last 20 years. Ridgefield is a very popular spot for brand new developments, from smaller starter homes and attached homes all the way to luxury estates on acreage.
