Cascade Park

Cascade Park is a tree-lined, pleasant area of Vancouver that has a rich, well-loved history in the community, built mostly in the 80s and 90s.

The homes South of McGillvary Blvd, which essentially splits Cascade Park in two, are typically bigger, more stately, and have larger lots. This part of Cascade Park also has more trees and foliage. The subdivisions here are Riverridge, Wildwood, Bella Vista, and Cascade Southeast. Riverview elementary is also located within the neighborhood, making it very convenient for families.

Many of the homes North of McGillvary Blvd were built in the 1990s and are smaller in size, with many 3-4 bedroom homes having a 1000-2500 sqft footprint. The brand new Mountain View High School, Wy’east Middle School, and Crestline elementary area all located in this part of Cascade Park.

Fairway Village, a prominent 55+ golf community, is also located in the Cascade Park area. Please click here to read more about Fairway Village.

Like many other East Vancouver areas, living in Cascade Park is incredibly convenient for closeness to everything you could need from groceries, the gym, health care providers, offices, restaurants, and small businesses. It’s also just a few minutes away from on and off ramps for i205 and SR14.
