Much of Felida used to be farmland and has since been developed, mostly over the last decade. It’s known for its tight-knit community, boutique shops, and great schools.

Felida is located in the NW corner of Vancouver. Most of Felida is relatively newer, being built in the last decade, as much of Felida used to be farmland and has since been developed. There are a handful of boutique shops and businesses directly in Felida, and the closest large shopping area would be in Hazel Dell about 10-15 minutes away. The most popular boutique shopping area in Felida is known as “Erickson Farms” which is adjacent to the Erickson Farms neighborhood.

Many Felida homes are bigger and higher-end, catering well to families . Felida’s median home sale price is significantly above that of Vancouver as a whole. Felida has a strong sense of community and togetherness.

Noteworthy neighborhoods in the area include Felida Knolls, Erickson Farms, Felida Overlook (the 2021 Parade of Homes neighborhood), and Herzog Farms. Felida is known as a truly great place to live.
