Ellsworth Springs is tucked away in the corner between I205 and SR14, making it incredibly convenient. It’s home to a variety of higher and lower density homes. The neighborhood has been developed in stages over the years. It is a neighborhood of single family homes, apartment buildings and condominiums.
Ellsworth Springs is pedestrian and bicycle friendly and the residents have easy access to shops and businesses along S. E. Mill Plain Blvd. and Chkalov Drive. Ellsworth Elementary School Park, which is next to the school, provides the Ellsworth Springs community with a great recreational area. Ellsworth Elementary School has a brand new, dazzling facility as of 2021.
There are also quite a few churches in the neighborhood, with one of them having a community garden.
One of our favorite communities in Ellsworth is the ‘Ellsworth on The Park Condominiums,’ a condo unit of approx. 250 1-3 bedroom homes with one car garages. The community has great amenities like a pool, workout facility, a beautiful residents-only park, and a walking path. Ellsworth on The Park Condos are a choice spot for pilots, flight attendants, or people who work at the airport, because the commute is directly over the i205 bridge, only about 10 minutes without traffic.
